Online Return Policy:

Shipping and Rates

·         Free shipping in continental U.S. when you purchase $75 or above on our website!

·         Merchandise ships UPS only

·         Online orders for less than $75 have a flat shipping rate of $10.

Online Returns

·         No returns after 60 days.

·         Please call for a return authorization number (RA#) for returned merchandise.

·         Please call for a return authorization number (RA#) on seasonal and defective items purchased online.

·         No returns on gift certificates

·         Please include the original packing slip in the box with the returned merchandise.

·         Returns will be made only to the initial type of payment.

·         No returns or exchanges on monogrammed or personalized items, sale merchandise, or donations.

Warranty Procedure:

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Please feel free to contact us at 318-746-1485 for any questions you may have.

 

Bridal Policy:

·         Dinnerware is non-returnable. Because dinnerware is special ordered for each bride, we ask that you not return any piece of dinnerware that you registered for.

 

·         We will do our best to have a showing of your dinnerware at your registry table. However, all dinnerware purchases off your registry will be made via gift card only. We will order the dinnerware only when the gift cards are presented as proof of purchase. Please allow 4-6 weeks for dinnerware to arrive although this time length may vary depending on the brand of dinnerware.

 

·         Gift cards are money.  We ask that you keep them until after the wedding date so that all necessary returns, exchanges, and other purchases can be made at one time during a scheduled appointment. However, in some instances we may choose to accept gift cards for dinnerware before this time.

·         If an item must be returned without a receipt, a gift card in the amount of the item will be issued.

 

·         Due to a quickly changing inventory, it is wise to keep miscellaneous registry items up-to-date with actual items available in the store. We ask that you periodically update your registry to provide your friends and family with a wide selection.

·         We ask that you not change your online username or password until after the wedding date.  This enables us to keep your online registry identical to your in-store registry and keeps you from getting too many or too few items.

 

·         We do our best to ensure that each gift contains an enclosure card indicating the purchaser of the gift.  However, if by chance a gift does not contain an enclosure, we are not able to provide the purchaser’s name.
